Terms and conditions

Booking 

1. One ticket secures entry for one person for ClandesDine on the night booked. 

2. All tickets must be booked in advance and are strictly limited in number. Tickets may be booked up to 48 hours before the event.

3. Guests at ClandesDine may experience intense audio & lighting, extreme low visibility, strobe lights, fog, damp or wet conditions, high and low temperatures and performances with nudity and/or shocking content. Performances will be immersive and often may require participation. ClandesDine is not for the low of energy or those who like predictability.

4. ClandesDine is strictly for over 18s only.

5. If you have any dietary requirements please contact our booking office on 01787 310207 or info@clandesdine.co.uk to let us know. 

6. If you have any further special requirements please contact the office to discuss whether ClandesDine is suitable for you.

Refunds

7. Once tickets are booked there are no refunds. However, if requested at least 48 hours before the booked time slot, Kentwell may, at its discretion, swap the booked date for a later event so long as the ticket holder pays the appropriate additional cost (if any) or create a credit that the ticket holder may use for some other later Kentwell event upon such terms as Kentwell may stipulate.

Weather

8. ClandesDine will continue whatever the weather. Ticket holders should dress suitably for the weather on the night. There may be parts, or all, of the event held outside.

On the evening

9. Ticket holders should arrive at the time indicated, and in the outfit suggested, on the email confirmation of the ticket booking. 

10. Kentwell reserves the right to refuse admission to anyone. Including those not suitably attired or under the undue influence of alcohol or drugs.

11. No smoking in any building on site. No alcohol or food to be brought onto the site. There will be food and drink provided with the ticket and the option to purchase further drinks onsite. 

12. Attendees at ClandesDine must keep to the designated areas for the event. Do not enter any rooms or locations indicated as not part of the event. 

13. Attendees are asked to leave the site at the closing of the ClandesDine event. A closing time will be indicated on the email confirmation. Taxis can be booked to arrive at the Kentwell gates.
